We are much more than a Visitor’s Bureau; we are an active and highly effective organization that is committed to improving access for local businesses in regard to legislative initiatives, economic development, education, special events, and marketing. VACATION GUIDE

The Chamber prints approximately 144,000 Vacation Guides each year for distribution at area hotels, restaurants and other businesses. The Chamber also participates yearly in 8 or more Travel, Boat and Fishing shows and distributes nearly 35,000 Vacation Guides in this manner. The Chamber of Commerce mails this guide to over 40,000 inquiring vacationers and distributes to over 1,000 AAA Travel Offices, Chamber of Commerce’s and travel companies throughout the year. The estimated readership of the Vacation Guide is 1.2 million people. The purchasing of ad space in the Vacation Guide is limited so secure your place today!

 RELOCATION GUIDE

The Chamber provides a relocation guide to prospective businesses and people looking to move to our area. Last year the Chamber printed 15,000 Relocation Guides to be mailed or placed with area businesses. What a great way for new businesses and residents to learn about your business. Just like the Vacation Guide, ad space is limited; so call the Chamber today to solidify your space.

RESPONSE PACK

This brochure mailing system is without peers. This is absolutely the fastest way to get your information out into the marketplace and into the right places. This mailing goes, along with the Vacation Guide, to everyone who contacts the Chamber concerning vacations, relocations and reunions. Conservatively, the Chamber will do 25,000 + mailings per year.

These lighted signs within the Visitor’s Center attract the attention of those stopping for information. This is an affordable marketing opportunity for your business to catch the eye of those we serve.

BROCHURE RACK PROGRAM

Premium advertising space that is located above each brochure rack. Highlight your business by placing your advertising here for one year.

WEBSITE BANNER ADS

FIREBURST

The largest fireworks display in the area is held in Kimberling City on every July 4th. Over 20,000 spectators take part in this annual event that includes: music, games, food and, of course, a FIREWORKS extravaganza. Whether your business is accessible by water or land be sure to promote your businesses through our advertisement program.

BI-MONTHLY NEWSLETTER

The Chamber's bi-monthly newsletter informs the membership of upcoming meetings or events as well as recapping the events of the past month. This newsletter is a great way to showcase your business by reserving ad space or inserts for your information or special promotions.

TRAVEL SHOW PROGRAM

The Chamber is an exhibitor at seven Sport/Travel shows throughout the Midwest. Take part in this unique marketing opportunity by providing the Chamber of Commerce your business brochures to distribute to all attendees at these well-attended shows.
