Referral Service
Each day the Chamber releases valuable business information of its members in response to the many e-mails, phone calls, surveys or letters it has received. We estimated over 40,000 mailings were sent out with member information, lake area maps, Vacation and Relocation Guides in 2004.

Members are encouraged to link to this website to increase search engine rankings and greater numbers of virtual visitors for both. For further details regarding your website link, please contact the Chamber. In addition, as a member, your website will be linked to our site through the Member Directory, or specific pages such as Attractions, Lodging, Shopping, etc.
Visitor Center
The Visitor Center welcomes all who are seeking information regarding area attractions, lodging, and other business establishments. Members are welcome to display their promotional brochures in the Visitor Center. The Visitor Center is open throughout the year with Saturday hours during April - September.
Quarterly Newsletter
All members receive a quarterly newsletter informing them of upcoming meetings or events as well as recapping the events of the past months. This newsletter is a great way to showcase your business by reserving ad space or inserts for your information or special promotions.
Ribbon Cuttings
Ribbon cuttings are a feature of the Chamber of Commerce for new business memberships, business relocations, and groundbreakings. Photo and biographical captions are distributed to area newspapers, The Vacation Channel, Hometown Radio stations, KRZK/KOMC, Stone County Gazette, Tri-Lakes News, 417 Magazine and KHOZ Radio.
Membership Roster/Business Directory
Each new member will receive their own membership roster containing the member name, address, phone number and key contact person. Members are encouraged to use the roster when looking for goods and services in the area.
Networking
The Chamber provides each member with many opportunities to network with others throughout the year. Chamber Committees, Member Luncheons, Business After Hours, Annual Banquet, and Special Events all provide opportunities to develop your professional relationships with other members, Board of Directors and Chamber staff.
Legislative Representation
A Chamber Legislative Committee monitors issues of concern to the Chamber and the Table Rock Lake area. Currently your Chamber is working to improve the water quality of Table Rock Lake, working towards a consistent school start date as well as working with city, county, and state agencies to improve the roads and infrastructure leading to and from this area.
Public Relations/Publicity
Our staff and board members work to keep Table Rock Lake in the minds of media throughout the country, not only through regular press releases, but also through promotion of the area.
Sport and Travel Shows
The Chamber recognizes that travel decisions are made early. The Chamber is in key markets distributing literature and promoting the Table Rock Lake Area to vacationers throughout the year.
Flash Fax & Flash E-Mail
To keep up with ever changing technology, we offer flash fax and flash e-mail. New updated Chamber information will be sent to you via the transmission of your choice. The US Postal service is an option to choose from as well.
Community Profile
The Chamber has developed a community profile containing useful facts--a listing very valuable to individuals and businesses seeking to relocate to the area.
Reservation Service
The Chamber provides an online reservation service for its hotels/motels/resorts. Simply login to our secure area to update the website so visitors can instantly see the availability of your rooms.
Inquiry Program
Capture the names and addresses of thousands of inquiries received at the Chamber throughout the year. Have the ability to save those inquiries in our Email, Disk (CD), Label or List programs.
